目的:探讨半导体激光在经鼻泪囊鼻腔造口术中的应用价值。方法:8例鼻泪管阻塞患者在鼻内窥镜下先行鼻中隔粘膜下部分切除术或鼻息肉摘除鼻窦开放术,术中用激光光纤头发出的瞄准光确定泪囊位置,用激光切除覆盖泪囊的鼻腔外侧壁粘膜和骨质,开放泪囊。结果:术后半年鼻内窥镜检查,7例泪囊造口上皮化好、无狭窄;1例泪囊造口被瘢痕封闭,经再次激光切除瘢痕并放人扩张管,随访半年造口无封闭。结论:半导体激光能明显减少出血量,减少粘连和肉芽形成,定位准确,方法简便、快捷,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the value of semiconductor laser in nasal dacryocystorhinostomy. Methods: 8 cases of nasolacrimal duct obstruction under nasal endoscopic nasal septum submucosal partial resection or nasal polyps removal of sinus surgery, the use of laser fiber hair during the aiming to determine the location of lacrimal sac, with laser removal of tears Capsule nasal cavity lateral mucosa and bone, open the lacrimal sac. Conclusion: The semiconductor laser can significantly reduce the amount of bleeding, reduce adhesion and granulation, accurate positioning, the method is simple and quick, it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
