在告别了幼儿园简单、散漫、自由的学习与生活后,小学生迈入了义务教育的第一步。小学生在心智和年龄的发展现实条件下,无法尽快的地约束自身的行为、端正自身的心态、养成良好的行为习惯,所以德育课程的教学管理与发展直接关系到了小学生的在校学习和生活成效与否。小学德育课程的开展,可以从学生的思想、心理、价值观入手,积极有效的通过各种形式的教学活动,培养学生良好的行为习惯和思想认识,本文笔者就当前小学德育课程的教学与发展情况,谈谈如何有效的提高小学德育的教学成效。
