今年是《中华人民共和国城市规划法》颁布实施五周年。为此,建设部部长侯捷于4月1日致信全国622个设市城市的市长,希望他们进一步加强领导,集中力量,推动宣传贯彻《城市规划法》的活动深入持久地开展下去,使我国城市规划工作跃上新的台阶。上海市市长徐匡迪接到侯捷部长的信后,于5月12日给侯捷部长复了一封长信。6月1日,侯捷部长在徐匡迪市长的信上做了“匡迪同志对我部工作上大力支持,非常感谢他的来信。”的批示。现将徐匡迪同志的来信刊登如下:
This year marks the fifth anniversary of the promulgation and implementation of the Urban Planning Law of the People's Republic of China.
