目的测量下颌角整形截骨线周围骨质的厚度,为手术提供解剖学依据。方法应用螺旋CT扫描37例行下颌角整形术的青年女性的下颌骨,三维重建后测量设计的截骨线上位于双侧下颌升支后缘,下颌升支中部、下颌第3磨牙后缘,2、3磨牙之间,1、2磨牙之间,第2前磨牙与第1磨牙之间垂直切面的截骨线处的骨质厚度。所得到的结果应用Spss11.5软件进行分析。结果截骨线的骨质于第2、3磨牙下方最厚,向前向后逐渐减小,升支区最小。结论下颌角整形截骨线厚度三维CT测量对手术有指导意义,可减少手术的并发症。
Objective To measure the thickness of bone around the mandibular angle shaping osteotomy line to provide anatomical basis for surgery. Methods 37 cases of mandibular angle mandibular angle operation underwent mandibular angle angiography were performed in patients undergoing mandibular angle angioplasty. The posterior border of mandibular third molar, 2,3 between the molars, 1,2 molars, the first molar between the first molars and the first section of the vertical section of the osteotomy bone thickness. The results obtained using Spss11.5 software for analysis. Results The osteotomy line was the thickest at the bottom of the second and third molars, and gradually decreased in the anterior and posterior directions with the smallest ascending branch area. Conclusion The three-dimensional CT measurement of mandibular angle osteotomy line thickness can guide the operation and reduce the complications of operation.
