采用文献资料法、实地调查法、访谈法等研究方法,通过对山东省经济较发达的黄县、龙口、桓台、章丘、兖州等5个地市进行调研,对山东省城乡体育公共服务一体化发展的动力机制进行分析。研究认为:城乡体育公共服务一体化发展的关键取决于动力系统和阻力系统的相互作用,其中动力系统包括城乡居民体育公共服务需求引力、利益相关者及体育精英的推力、政府的支持力;阻力系统主要是指城乡之间在文化、产业结构、资源分布等方面的不均衡形成的摩擦力。
By means of literature review, field investigation and interview, the paper investigates and studies the five cities of Huang County, Longkou, Huantai, Zhangqiu and Yanzhou, which are economically developed in Shandong Province, Integrated development of the driving force for analysis. The research shows that the key to the integrated development of public services in urban and rural areas depends on the interaction between the dynamic system and the resistance system. The dynamic system includes the demand for sports public services by urban and rural residents, the thrust of stakeholders and sports elites, the support of the government, the resistance The system mainly refers to the friction between urban and rural areas that is unbalanced in terms of culture, industrial structure and resources distribution.
