中小型矿井井下10kV母线上的短路容量,要受到上级变电所高压侧短路容量、供电变压器容量及10kV输电线路长度等参数的影响,因而短路容量的超限和失控问题是矿井采用10kV下井供电所急待解决的安全问题之一。文章通过分析计算,得出了各参数对短路容量的影响程度和满足井下短路容量允许值的参数配合界限,进而提出了解决该问题的三条对策:提高允许短路容量,采用1.15~1.5的储备系数;采用各种限流装置与措施。
The short circuit capacity of 10kV busbar in small and medium-sized mines is affected by parameters such as high-voltage side short-circuit capacity, power supply transformer capacity and 10kV transmission line length of upper level substations. Through analyzing and calculating, the article obtains the parameters’ influence extent to the short circuit capacity and the parameter cooperation limit to meet the allowable value of the underground short circuit capacity, and then puts forward three countermeasures to solve the problem: increasing the allowable short circuit capacity, adopting the reserve coefficient of 1.15-1.5 ; Using a variety of current limiting devices and measures.
