试验表明,棉花开花时间与杂交成铃呈直线负相关,r=-0.981,回归方程=173.72-3.95x,开花时间对杂交成铃的递减率为3.95%;密度与杂交成铃的转化值亦呈高度负相关,r=-0.958,密度每增加1000,转化值的递减率为9.03%(杂交成铃的递减率则为17.76%)。此外,内围铃的杂交成铃率是外围铃的2倍,摘取幼蕾可使杂交成铃率提高22.5%。
