国营农场党支部,是党在社会主义农业企业中的基层组织,它负有在该企业中具体贯彻党的方针、政策的重大责任。党支部对所在生产单位的行政、生产计划实行监督保证,其目的是为了通过政治思想领导,发动与领导广大职工群众完成和超额完成所在单位的生产任务。因此,作好党支部工作是一个十分重要而艰巨的工作,是农场党委经常的、重要的政治任务。
The branch of the state-run farms is the party’s grassroots organization in the socialist agro-enterprises. It has the major responsibility to specifically carry out the party’s guidelines and policies in that enterprise. The Party branch supervises and guarantees the administrative and production plans of the production units in which it is located in order to mobilize and lead the broad masses of workers and staff members through the leadership of political thought in order to complete and over-deliver the production tasks of the units in which they work. Therefore, to do a good job in party branch work is a very important and arduous task and is a regular and important political task for the party of the farm.
