基于我国中部某“全国无偿献血先进省”血液中心视角,分析新医改环境下我国血站发展中的“瓶颈”问题及解决方法,为血站的科学定位与发展探索提供借鉴,力争实现血站与医疗机构协同发展,持续确保临床供血安全、及时、有效,避免血站成为我国全面深化新医改和促进健康服务业发展的短板。
Based on the perspective of a “center of blood donation in advanced province of China” in central China, this paper analyzes the “bottleneck” problems and solutions in the development of blood stations in China under new medical reform environment, and provides reference for the scientific positioning and development of blood stations. Strive to achieve synergic development between blood stations and medical institutions, ensure continuous and effective clinical blood supply, promptly and effectively prevent blood stations from becoming the short board for comprehensively deepening new medical reform and promoting the development of the health service industry in China.
