目的评价玉溪市结核病控制效果,为制定结核病控制可持续发展策略提供依据。方法对玉溪市2002～2008年结核病控制工作情况进行总结分析。结果玉溪市以县为单位现代结核病控制策略(DOTS)覆盖率达到100%;新发涂阳肺结核病人发现率超过70%,初治涂阳肺结核病人治疗满2个月痰菌阴转率和涂阳肺结核病人治愈率保持85%以上。结论玉溪市结核病控制效果成效显著,实现了高发现率和高治愈率的规划目标;推行行政保证、强化技术管理、引进项目支持、落实经费保障,是实施结核病控制规划和可持续发展的基本策略[1]。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of tuberculosis in Yuxi and provide the basis for formulating the strategy of sustainable development of tuberculosis control. Methods To summarize the control work of tuberculosis in Yuxi from 2002 to 2008. Results The coverage rate of modern TB control strategy (DOTS) in counties was 100% in Yuxi City. The detection rate of new smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients was more than 70%. The smear negative conversion rate and smear rate of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients after treatment for 2 months The cure rate of positive pulmonary tuberculosis keeps more than 85%. Conclusion The effectiveness of tuberculosis control in Yuxi is remarkable, and the planning goal of high detection rate and high cure rate has been achieved. The implementation of administrative assurances, strengthening of technical management, introduction of project support and implementation of funding guarantee are the basic strategies for TB control planning and sustainable development [1].
