师爱是教育的本源,教师育德能力又是科学师爱的保证。一代代教师用自己的智慧创造出了很多方法,浇灌出青少年学生崇高的理想、健康的人格、高雅的情趣,这些实践和在实践中总结出的经验,是师爱结出的果实,也是师爱的崇高证明。本文是于漪为上海市政府副秘书长翁铁慧同志主编的《润物无声——党的十六大以来上海中小学思想道德建设探索与发展》一书特别撰写的序言,她用毕生的感受,又一次向我们昭示着教育的真谛。
