江苏省人民政府于8月5日到9日在南京召开了江苏省经济和社会发展战略研讨会。5日上午,金逊同志作了题为“江苏省经济和社会发展战略研究中的几个问题”的发言。主要内容共4个部分:(一) 关于我省今后经济发展的立足点和出发点;(二) 关于我省经济发展战略转变的必要性和迫切性;(三) 关于我省经济发展战略的总体设想;(四) 关于我省经济发展中的几个问题(1.关于发展外向型经济问题;2.关于采取技术立省方针问题;3.关于农业发展问题;4.关于优化工业结构问题;5.关于加强电力建设问题;6.关于发展第三产业问题。本刊刊登第三部分,标题的文字略有调整。
Jiangsu Provincial People’s Government held a seminar on economic and social development in Jiangsu Province from August 5 to 9 in Nanjing. The third part of the publication contains a slight adjustment of the title.
