男,21岁,坦桑尼亚人,因左颌面部弓箭穿通伤;异物存留10小时于1985年10月31日急诊入院。检查:在左内眦部外下方见一横经0.6cm 金属弓箭柄,外露面部约1.5cm。面部伤口长约1cm。左面部肿胀,压痛明显,张口受限。X 光片示一金属弓箭头异物贯穿左侧上颌窦脏。全麻下行左鼻侧切开,凿开上颌窦前壁,见窦腔内血块,箭头由上颌窦前内上角刺入,斜行穿过窦
Male, 21 years old, Tanzanian, due to bow and arrow penetrating injuries in the left maxillofacial region; 10-year foreign body stay on October 31, 1985 in an emergency room. Check: see a horizontal cross 0.6cm metal arcuate handle outside the left internal part of the Ministry of the external exposed face of about 1.5cm. Facial wound about 1cm. Left facial swelling, tenderness, mouth limited. X-ray showed a metal bow arrow through the left side of the maxillary sinus dirty. Under general anesthesia, left nasal open incision, open the anterior wall of the maxillary sinus, see the sinus cavity blood clots, the arrow pierced by the anterior horn of the maxillary sinus, oblique line through the sinus
