自从Weil报道了亚甲蓝光敏氧化色氨酸(Trp)以来,人们已经研究了各种敏化剂敏化的Trp的光氧化,可是关于Trp的光敏氧化还有许多问题有待于进一步研究。竹红菌甲素(HA)是一种新型的光疗药物和优良的敏化剂,红细胞膜的光损伤实验表明:HA的光动态作用对Trp的破坏程度最大。
Since Weil reports methylene blue photopic tryptophan (Trp), the photooxidation of various sensitizer-sensitized Trp has been studied, but there are still many problems regarding the photo-oxidation of Trp that need further study. Hypocrellin A (HA) is a new type of phototherapeutic agent and an excellent sensitizer. The photodamage test of erythrocyte membrane shows that the photodynamic effect of HA has the strongest damage to Trp.
