日前,在合肥市建委、质检站同志的陪同下,记者实地调查了合肥市在建楼盘。一个很明显的感觉是:今年合肥市的建筑节能工作正式提上了议事日程。今年4月1日起合肥市全面施行建筑节能50%的设计标准。在公共建筑方面比如合肥二中,正在按照节能50%的要求建造,政府部门做出了节能的表率。同时,一些有责任感的房地产开发企业比如新鸿意地产、合肥城建发展股份有限公司等正通过在建筑节能方面的投入,建造节能房屋,这体现了开发企业的时代责任。另外,可再生能源如太阳能照明在合肥市一些小区得到推广应用,也是一大亮点。在调查中记者颇有感触--有感于合肥建委在建筑节能监督管理方面的措施和力度很到位,今年新开工的项目,节能设计不达标的均不能开工。同时,有感于合肥老百姓节能意识的增强。有小区没有按照要求做节能,就遭到了业主的不满,质问房地产商:“为什么不给我们做节能。”这是管理部门宣传引导的结果,同时也给管理部门在引导房地产市场方面提出了新的要求和挑战。我们相信,在各方的共同努力下,合肥市建筑节能工作会更有成效。
