目的了解开封市鱼类产品及相关水体中气单胞菌的污染状况,为有效预防控制由气单胞菌引起的食源性疾病提供科学依据。方法按照随机采样原则,2014年采集开封市养殖场、销售场所、餐饮场所15种样品,共216份。用美国BD公司Phoenix~(TM)-100全自动细菌鉴定仪结合GB/T 18652-2002《致病性嗜水气单胞菌检验方法》进行气单胞菌鉴定。结果从216份样品中,检出致病性气单胞菌6种135株,检出的致病性气单胞菌以温和气单胞菌数量最多,占检出菌株的51.11%。不同场所中以养殖场气单胞菌污染率最高,为73.61%;15种样品中以养殖场淡水活鱼样品中气单胞菌污染率最高,为83.33%。结论检测发现鱼类产品携带致病性气单胞菌较普遍,淡水鱼类致病性气单胞菌携带率高于海水鱼类。应加强对鱼类产品及外环境水体的卫生监督管理,以预防气单胞菌等感染疾病的发生。
Objective To understand the pollution status of Aeromonas bacteria in fish products and related water bodies in Kaifeng and provide a scientific basis for the effective prevention and control of foodborne diseases caused by Aeromonas. Methods In accordance with the principle of random sampling, in 2014, a total of 216 samples of 15 samples were collected from farms, sales venues and catering establishments in Kaifeng City. Aeromonas was identified by using the Phoenix ~ (TM) -100 automatic bacterial analyzer from American BD Company and GB / T 18652-2002 “pathogenic Aeromonas hydrophila test method”. Results Among the 216 samples, 135 strains of 6 kinds of Aeromonas sobria were detected. The number of Aeromonas sobria was the most, which accounted for 51.11% of the tested strains. The highest contamination rate of aeromonas in farms was 73.61% in different places. The highest contamination rate of airborne bacteria was 83.33% in freshwater fish samples from 15 farms. Conclusion It is found that the pathogenic Aeromonas aeruginosa is more common in fish products than in seawater fish. Should strengthen the health supervision and management of fish products and water outside the environment to prevent the occurrence of aeromonas and other infectious diseases.
