作为学校管理者,笔者认为应切实转变管理理念,以人为本,保障教师应有权利,优化家校共育理念,不让二孩成为教育之痛。全面放开二孩是社会的福利,但对教育来说却是一场严峻的挑战。随着二孩政策的全面放开,基层学校将面临越来越多的问题,教育系统中女教师占比较大,如果不能妥善处理,必然导致教师产假“撞车”现象,影响正常的教育教学秩序。
As a school administrator, I believe that we should change our management philosophy, people-oriented, ensure that teachers should have the right to optimize the concept of co-education at home and not let the second child become a pain of education.
