目前全军医院都在进行整顿和整编.整顿、精简、收治三者有密切联系,又有一定的矛盾.我们认为,正确解决好这个问题,需要认真研究,大胆改革,才能圆满完成各项任务.现把我院的主要做法和体会介绍如下. 一、基本情况这次医院整编,我院床位减少一半,全年的卫生事业费也减少一半,工作人员已减少200余人.在床位和人员减少、经费不足的情况下,我们仍然提出:“在全面整顿的基础上,力争各项医疗指标超过历史最好水平.”
