目的:探讨T淋巴细胞是否参与了异种肝移植免疫排斥反应。方法:建立仓鼠到大鼠原位肝移植模型,用免疫组织化学染色方法检测异种肝移植免疫排斥反应中T淋巴细胞浸润情况及其Fas抗原配体(Fas-L)的表达,并用普通组织学及原位末端标记方法检测移植肝中细胞凋亡。结果:异种肝移植免疫排斥过程中,移植肝中T淋巴细胞,包括CD4,CD8亚型大量浸润,术后第4天开始表达Fas-L,随着排斥反应的加重,Fas-L表达越高,细胞凋亡数量也越多。结论:T淋巴细胞参与了异种肝移植免疫排斥反应。
Objective: To investigate whether T lymphocytes participate in the immune rejection of xenograft liver transplantation. Methods: Hamster-to-rat orthotopic liver transplantation was established. The infiltration of T lymphocytes and the expression of Fas-Ligand (Fas-L) in the rejection of xenotransplantation liver transplantation were detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results: During the rejection of xenotransplantation, T lymphocytes, including CD4 and CD8 subtypes in the transplanted liver were extensively infiltrated, Fas-L began to express on the 4th day after transplantation, and the expression of Fas-L was increased with the increase of rejection , The more the number of apoptosis. Conclusion: T lymphocytes participate in the immune rejection of xenotransplantation of liver.
