氨茶碱因促进内源性肾上腺素与去甲肾上腺素释放而对呼吸道平滑肌有直接松弛作用而用于哮喘病的治疗,但其不良反应和过敏反应常会引起患者死亡。为了考察氨茶碱的对斑马鱼幼鱼运动失调的影响,本研究使用不同浓度氨茶碱溶液于24孔板中直接作用于72 hpf孵化的斑马鱼幼鱼,定时间记录各组幼鱼的抽搐频率、心率变化、体形变化等参数,用于评价斑马鱼幼鱼运动情况。结果表明,氨茶碱诱导的斑马鱼幼鱼开始时运动增加,随后伴有自发转动,随着药物作用时间延长,出现典型的抽搐反应而产生严重的颤抖,斑马鱼幼鱼出现运动失调轻重程度和快慢呈时间和浓度依赖性。从本实验结果推测,氨茶碱应慎用或不得用于婴幼儿和小孩哮喘病的治疗,也要慎用于孕期妇女的用药治疗。

Presumably from the results of this experiment, aminophylline should be used with caution or not for the treatment of asthma in infants and young children, but also be used with caution in pregnant women medication.
