2008年11月15日下午3点20分,杭州市一段地铁施工工地突然发生路面大面积塌陷,一条条鲜活的生命瞬间就被压埋到了地下。至今,已有21人死亡或失踪。专家指出:这是中国地铁修建史上最惨重的一次事故。事故发生后,引来全国一片谴责声。人们责问:为什么受害的总是民工?“程序”重要还是“人命”重要?管理的“安全线”在哪里?事故发生后,从中央到地方的紧急行动旨在做两件事:第一,全力搜救;第二,追查责任。敬畏教训,尊重生命吧。否则,没有谁能逃得脱“血债”!
