近年来,临床对血液的需求量越来越多,采供血机构供血压力越来越大,面临的问题与挑战越来越严峻。辽阳市中心血站近10年的采供血现状来看,年采血量由2005年的3500L增长到2014年的5300L,年均增长18%。采供血机构要想满足日益增长的临床用血需求,保持稳定、健康、可持续发展,必须锐意改革,创新求变,开拓进取。1当前采供血机构面临的主要问题或困难1.1无偿献血法律法规不够健全,影响了采供血工作的健康
