本文针对部分高校计算机科学与技术专业在人才培养方面所面临的困惑,提出了多模式校企合作,主动适应企业需求的人才培养理念,并给出了多模式的定义与实施策略。同时,本文结合苏州大学实践经验,介绍了多模式校企合作培养人才的实践效果。
Aiming at the confusion faced by some computer science and technology majors in talent training in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the concept of talent cultivation based on multi-modal cooperation between schools and enterprises and proactively adapting to the needs of enterprises. The definition and implementation strategy of multi-modal are given. At the same time, this article combines the practical experience of Suzhou University, introduced the practical effect of multi-mode school-enterprise cooperation to train talents.
