目的:观察催产素(OXT)对卡那霉素所致听力损伤的治疗作用。方法:建立中度及重度耳中毒动物模型。采用听觉电生理指标和耳蜗基底膜铺片技术。结果:中度听力损伤组用OXT治疗后,听觉脑干诱发电位(ABR)Ⅳ波反应阈较治疗前明显下降,耳蜗二、三回外毛细胞损伤程度较对照组明显减轻,蜗内直流电位负相成分(N-EP)绝对值较大;在重度听力损伤组中,OXT治疗组和对照组上述指标均无显著差异。结论:用本实验剂量的OXT对中度听力损伤有明显的治疗作用,对重度听力损伤的治疗作用不明显。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of oxytocin (OXT) on kanamycin-induced hearing impairment. Methods: To establish a moderate and severe ototoxicity animal model. The use of electrophysiological indicators and cochlear basilar membrane technology. Results: After treatment with OXT, the IV wave response threshold of auditory brainstem response potential (ABR) decreased significantly in moderate hearing impairment group compared with those before treatment, and the damage of outer hair cells in the second and third cochlea of the moderate hearing impairment group was significantly alleviated compared with the control group. Negative phase composition (N-EP) absolute value larger; severe hearing impairment group, OXT treatment group and the control group of the above indicators were not significantly different. Conclusion: OXT with this test dose has a significant therapeutic effect on moderate hearing impairment and no significant therapeutic effect on severe hearing loss.
