中国的公证制度经过20多年的改革和发展,已成为我国社会主义法制的重要组成部分,在我国的经济发展进程中,起着举足轻重的作用。公证为中国社会主义的经济建设及中国参与经济全球化进程,发挥了积极的作用。
After more than 20 years of reform and development, China’s notary system has become an important part of China’s socialist legal system and plays a decisive role in the economic development of our country. Notarization has played a positive role in the economic construction of China’s socialism and in the process of China’s participation in economic globalization.
