目前对于肺结核病的实验诊断方法日趋增多。但各种方法在普及防痨工作中,均往往受到某些设备方面的限制而难以满足工作中的迫切需要。基于此种情况,我们在本所党委的领导和支持下曾致力于探索一种简捷的检验方法,以适应防痨工作的需要。经过596例(均经过X线检查过,另有403例未经X线检查未列在内)痰标本的研究,证明双氧水反应(以下简称本法)不失为诊断肺结核病的有力方法。本法的优点是设备简单,反应迅速,易于判断结果和具有较高的准确性。
The current experimental diagnosis of tuberculosis is increasing. However, in popularizing prevention work, various methods are often restricted by certain equipment and are unable to meet the urgent needs in their work. Based on this situation, we committed ourselves to exploring a simple and convenient test method to meet the needs of anti-tuberculosis work under the leadership and support of our party committee. After 596 cases (all X-rays were examined and another 403 cases were not included in X-ray examination), the study of sputum showed that hydrogen peroxide reaction (hereinafter referred to as this method) is a powerful method for the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis. This method has the advantage of simple equipment, rapid response, easy to judge the results and with high accuracy.
