In the fourth quarter, the main components of the pilot station were delivered to LEC (Lockheed Electronic Equipment Company). Its components include the following subsystems: computer control subsystem; excitation subsystem; measurement subsystem; interface subsystem; laser trimmer subsystem. The first four subsystems are recombined and tested by LEC as a whole system. Testing includes all testing of the software operating system and testing of all peripheral hardware. The laser trimmer is debugged on the basis of independent application of analog computer input. Real-time amplifier test program simulation completed 90%. Received all parts of the prototype amplifier. Also received the first deliveries of prototype oscillators, production amplifiers and oscillator components. The system is close to producing accurate oscillator test signals and completing system tests, with the main long lead components selected. Purchase orders for these major components are being developed.
