针对深井钻井过程中套管磨损突出问题,制定利用非金属防磨接头配合高效减磨剂的双效防磨技术及配套工艺实现对套管的保护。利用LANDMARK计算套管侧向载荷,确定非金属防磨接头不同工况下的安放位置,现场利用不同工况下减磨剂配伍性试验、钻井参数变化和磁铁吸附物变化检验了双效防磨技术的应用效果,验证了双效防磨技术优于单一防磨技术的特点。通过上述技术措施的实施,为解决深井套管磨损难题做出了有益的尝试,取得了较好的现场应用效果。
Aiming at the prominent problems of casing wear during deep well drilling, the double-effect wear-resistant technology and supporting technology which utilize non-metallic wear-resisting joint and high efficiency anti-wear agent are developed to protect the casing. By using LANDMARK to calculate the casing lateral load, the placement of non-metallic wear-resisting joints under different working conditions was determined. The compatibility of anti-wear agent under different working conditions, the change of drilling parameters and the change of magnet adsorbents were tested on- The application effect of technology has verified the double anti-wear technology is superior to the single anti-wear technology. Through the implementation of the above technical measures, a beneficial attempt has been made to solve the deep well casing wear problem and a good field application effect has been achieved.
