人才是企业发展的动力之源 人、财、物是企业经营管理必不可少的三大要素,而人力又是其中最为活跃、最富于创造力的因素。对于人的有效管理不仅是高效利用现有的物质资源的前提,而且是一切创新的最基本条件。但是人的创造力是有条件的,是以其能动性为前提的。“只有满意的员工才是有生产力的员工”。因此,企业的管理者既要令股东满意、顾客满意,更要做到令员工满意。虽然不能指望有办法使员工在工资水平很低的情况下能够为企业长期勤恳工作,但优厚的薪金、稳定的福利也不一定能使员工全身心地投入。只有想办法让员工热爱自己的企业,在工作岗位上越做越开心,才能使企业很好地发
