研究神经生长因子(NGF)对中脑神经元的突起生长和促生存作用。方法采用体外培养法进行形态学观察与测量。结果每个视野的细胞数NGF组较对照组明显增多,(NGF组为22.87±4.85个,对照组为15.47±2.61个,P<0.01);NGF组细胞突起个数(1.967±0.81个/细胞)多于对照组(1.533±0.82个/细胞),P<0.05;但两组细胞突起长度却无明显差别(NGF组为61.25±33.5μm,对照组为57.86±28.4μm,P>0.05)。结论NGF对大鼠离休中脑神经元的生长发育有明显的促进作用
To investigate the neurite outgrowth and promoting effect of nerve growth factor (NGF) on midbrain neurons. Methods The morphological observation and measurement were carried out by in vitro culture method. Results The number of cells in each field of vision increased significantly compared with the control group (22.87 ± 4.85 in NGF group and 15.47 ± 2.61 in control group, P <0.01) (1.967 ± 0.81 cells / cell) than the control group (1.533 ± 0.82 cells / cell), P <0.05; however, there was no significant difference between the two groups in cell protuberance length (NGF Group was 61.25 ± 33.5μm, the control group was 57.86 ± 28.4μm, P> 0.05). Conclusion NGF can significantly promote the growth and development of retired midbrain neurons in rats
