随着车载产品信息功能的不断增加,人在驾车时与车之间的关系越来越密切,驾驶员的操作变得极为复杂。因此,强化行车中用户体验,力图通过完美的设计,使得高科技能够在合适的地方、合适的地点、以合适的方式为人们带来便利和愉悦。许多交通事故正是因为较差的用户体验造成的。用户需求分析是用户体验中最重要的一个环节,同时也是一个复杂的环节。从用户体验出发,采取用户观察、用户访谈等研究方法,努力发现用户隐性需求和现有车载信息服务系统中用户体验的优缺点,为把握最终的交互设计做参考。之后进行可用性评估来验证用户体验设计的有效性,为企业在设计新的车载信息服务系统时,探索和归纳一些理论指导。
With the increasing function of vehicle product information, people are getting closer and closer to the car when driving and the operation of the driver becomes extremely complicated. As a result, the enhanced user experience in driving through the perfect design has enabled high technology to bring convenience and enjoyment to people in the right place, at the right place and in the right way. Many traffic accidents are caused by poor user experience. User needs analysis is the user experience of the most important part, but also a complex part. Starting from the user experience, user observation, user interview and other research methods are employed to find out the user’s implicit needs and the advantages and disadvantages of the user experience in the existing car information service system, so as to make reference for the ultimate interaction design. After that, the usability evaluation is carried out to verify the validity of user experience design and to explore and summarize some theoretical guidance for enterprises when designing new vehicle information service system.
