本文结合渝东南各区县合作模式,分析了政府机关在跨政治区域合作中的重要地位,探讨了区县合作机制构建的作用,提出了渝东各区县合作共赢的方式。文章指出,只有坚持开放发展,科学对待日趋复杂的经济体系,才能以新思路、新举措尽行改革创新,发展高层次的开放型经济体系,才能在合作中共享成果,实现共赢。
Combining with the cooperation pattern of all districts and counties in southeastern Chongqing, this paper analyzes the important position of government agencies in the cross-political regional cooperation, discusses the role of district and county cooperation mechanisms and puts forward the way of win-win cooperation in all districts and counties in eastern Chongqing. The article points out that only by adhering to the principle of opening up and scientifically treating increasingly complicated economic systems can we try our best to carry out reforms and innovations with new ideas and measures, and develop a high-level open economy in order to achieve win-win results through cooperation.
