[目的]评价标准化操作在《旅店业卫生量化分级评分表》填写质量管理中的应用效果。[方法]制订《﹤旅店业卫生量化分级评分表﹥填写规范》,根据此规范对卫生监督员进行培训,符合规范要求的评分表即为填写合格。对培训前后合格评分表所占比例进行卡方检验,评价培训实施前后评分表填写质量变化情况。[结果]41名卫生监督员共填写1317份评分表,人均(32.12±30.19)份,其中填写合格评分表数量为531份(40.32%)。培训前共有40名监督员填写905份评分表,其中合格评分表410份(45.30%)。培训后共有29名监督员填写412份评分表,其中合格评分表233份(56.55%)。卡方检验结果χ2=14.34,P﹤0.05,合格评分表数量变化有统计学意义。[结论]制订标准化的操作流程能提高旅店业卫生量化分级评分表填写合格率,可在卫生监督中推广该方法。
[Objective] To evaluate the application effect of standardized operation in the quality management of “Quantified grading scale of hotel industry health”. [Method] To formulate “Fill in the norms of Quantified Grading Scale of Hospitality Industry” and train the health supervisors according to this standard. Carry out chi-square test on the proportions of the pre and post test scores and evaluate the change of the quality of the pre and post test scores. [Results] Thirty-one health supervisors filled in 1317 questionnaires, averagely (32.12 ± 30.19), of which 531 (40.32%) were eligible to complete the questionnaire. A total of 40 supervisors filled out 905 scores before the training, of which 410 (45.30%) were eligible. After the training, a total of 29 supervisors filled in 412 scoring tables, of which 233 (56.55%) were qualified. Chi-square test results χ2 = 14.34, P <0.05, the number of conformity score table changes were statistically significant. [Conclusion] The development of standardized operation procedure can improve the passing rate of health hotel in the quantification and grading scale, which can be popularized in health supervision.
