一、勤学习,不断提高自身素质新课程改革对实验教师提出了更高的要求。他们不仅要有扎实的理论基础、较高的业务水平、较宽的知识面,还要有较强的动手能力和解决实际问题的能力;不仅要懂教学、懂管理,还要懂维修保养。因此,实验教师是实验教学和实验室工作的核心,他们必须具有较高的素质,才能保证这项工作的顺利开展。在全面实施新课程改革的今天,摆在实验教师面前的任务越来越重,需要学习和掌握
First, study hard and continuously improve the quality of the new curriculum reform put forward higher requirements for experimental teachers. They must not only have a solid theoretical basis, a high level of business, a wide range of knowledge, but also have strong hands-on capabilities and the ability to solve practical problems; not only to understand teaching, understand management, but also to understand maintenance. In today’s full implementation of the new curriculum reform, the tasks placed in front of the experimental teachers are getting heavier and require learning and mastery.
