腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术(Laparoscopic Assisted Vaginal Hysterectomy,LAVH)拓宽了阴式子宫切除术的适应证,可避免开腹,损伤小且恢复快,在国内大医院已较多开展,但在基层医院尚少进行。现将我院1999年4月～1999年10月进行的11例LAVH报道如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 临床资料 本组11例,年龄43～48岁,平均46.8岁。术前查体子宫增大<孕2月5例,如孕2～3月6例。其中
