消毒是预防乙型肝炎传播的重要措施之一。随着各国学者对乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)不断广泛深入地研究,HBV的消毒工作也取得很大进展。但是,由于HBV至今尚不能进行组织培养,敏感动物亦极少,国际上还没有统一的HBV消毒效果指标,致使一些研究者因使用不同的指标而产生不同的、甚至是截然相反的结果。因此,本文就有关HBV消毒指标的问题,进行如下讨论。
