笔者曾遇一起全家3人误食蟾蜍卵中毒,死亡2人,现报告如下: 患者,女,42岁。于1961年4月2日上午同家人(2人)一起进食煮熟的蟾蜍卵约150毫升,食后头晕、恶心、呕吐、呼吸困难、神志不清,3小时后入院。体检:体温37.7℃,脉搏56次/分,呼吸22次/分,心率56次/分,神志不清,皮肤苍白,余无异常。实验室检查:红细胞370万/立方毫米,血红蛋白9克%,白细胞7,200/立方毫米,中性粒细胞,84%,
I have encountered a family with three people toad poisoning eggs, 2 were killed, are as follows: Patients, female, 42 years old. On the morning of April 2, 1961, we ate about 150ml of cooked toad’s egg together with family members (2 persons). After eating, they were dizzy, nauseated, vomited and had difficulty breathing. They were unconscious and were admitted after 3 hours. Physical examination: body temperature 37.7 ℃, pulse 56 beats / min, breathing 22 beats / min, heart rate 56 beats / min, unconsciousness, pale skin, no abnormalities.
