前牙开是正畸矫治中难度较大的一种错畸形[1]。其病因复杂,发病机制仍未明确。随着年龄增长,畸形逐渐加重,最终形成骨性开。2010年1月—2013年1月,我们对前牙开畸形24例进行矫治,取得满意效果。现报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般情况选择在我科就诊的前牙开畸形24例,男9例,女15例;年龄10~14岁,平均11.8岁。切牙垂直开度0.5~5.2mm,平均2.8mm。
