单侧上尿路机械性梗阻在肾图上的表现是众所周知的。但梗阻时间长,形成肾盂积水,不但梗阻侧肾图有改变,还经常影响到对侧正常肾的图形变化;最常见的是半排出时间延长(即C 1/2>8分钟)和肾脏指数减小(即RI<45％)。当病肾尚有部分功能时,这种影响比较明显。现将我院自1980年以来明确诊断为单侧机械性梗阻所致的肾盂积水病人共73例,将其肾图分析结果报道如下。
