淋巴管内皮高度敏感且特异性的标记物podoplanin是作为肿瘤细胞的血小板聚集介导因子而发挥作用,能促进肿瘤细胞迁移及增加肿瘤细胞侵袭力。D2-40是癌胚抗原M2A的单克隆抗体,但能检测podoplanin的存在。Podoplanin和D2-40与胃癌淋巴结转移、生存期有显著性。笔者对此研究情况作一综述,为明确胃癌淋巴管生成机制,了解前哨淋巴结及腹主动脉周围淋巴结转移情况,理解跳跃式转移机制,为合理术式选择,进而为胃癌基因诊治提供依据。
Podoplanin, a highly sensitive and specific marker of lymphatic endothelium, plays a role as a platelet aggregation-inducing factor of tumor cells, which can promote tumor cell migration and increase invasiveness of tumor cells. D2-40 is a monoclonal antibody to the carcinoembryonic antigen M2A but is capable of detecting the presence of podoplanin. Podoplanin and D2-40 lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer, the survival was significant. In order to clarify the mechanism of lymphangiogenesis in gastric cancer and understand the metastasis of sentinel lymph nodes and lymph nodes around the abdominal aorta, we understand the leaping metastasis mechanism and provide the basis for rational surgical selection and further gene diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer.
