采用啤酒生产过程中产生的废酿酒酵母 ,对影响菌体对 Cu2 +吸附的主要因素进行了探讨 ,对经不同方法处理的菌体进行了 Cu2 +吸附性能的比较分析 ,并得出了吸附等温曲线。研究了吸附后菌体的洗脱和再生。
The main factors that affect the adsorption of Cu2 + were discussed by using the waste Saccharomyces cerevisiae produced in the beer production process. The Cu2 + adsorption properties of the treated cells were compared and the adsorption isothermal curve. The adsorption and regeneration of bacterial cells after adsorption were studied.
