目的研究DNA修复基因XPC-PAT多态与结直肠癌易感性的关系。方法采用病例-对照分子流行病学方法,分析120例结直肠癌患者和150例正常人XPC基因型分布,并比较不同基因型与结直肠癌风险的关系。结果正常人群中LL、LS和SS基因型频率分别为12.0%、47.3%和40.7%,而在结直癌患者中分别为5.8%、38.4%和58.8%。肿瘤患者中LL基因型的频率明显低于正常人(P=0.03)。与SS基因型相比,携带LL基因型个体患结直肠癌的风险降低了2.5倍(OR0.40,95%CI=0.18~0.99)。结论DNA修复基因XPC-PAT遗传多态与中国人结直肠癌风险相关。
Objective To study the relationship between DNA repair gene XPC-PAT polymorphism and susceptibility to colorectal cancer. Methods The case-control molecular epidemiological method was used to analyze the distribution of XPC genotypes in 120 patients with colorectal cancer and 150 normal controls. The genotypes of the patients with colorectal cancer were compared. Results The frequencies of LL, LS and SS genotypes in normal population were 12.0%, 47.3% and 40.7%, respectively, but 5.8%, 38.4% and 58.8% in patients with colorectal cancer. The frequency of LL genotypes was significantly lower in cancer patients than in normal individuals (P = 0.03). Compared with SS genotype, individuals with LL genotype had a 2.5-fold lower risk of colorectal cancer (OR 0.40, 95% CI = 0.18-0.99). Conclusion DNA repair gene XPC-PAT genetic polymorphism is associated with the risk of colorectal cancer in Chinese.
