一、工程概况领馆大楼位于上海虹桥开发区,建筑面积24000平方米,占地面积1005平方米,建筑物高度101.5米,计23层(包括设备层等28层);基础埋深约为-6米,采用预制钢筋混凝土打入桩,桩长45.6米,分二节,桩的截面尺寸为500×500毫米,混凝土标号400号,总计289根,整个工程混凝土桩的体积占土体的5.6％。本工程东、北二面紧靠永久干道,路面下已埋设φ2460雨水管、φ1000污水管、φ500上水管、φ200～300煤气管和18孔市内电话线路的混凝土套管,这些管道距大楼基
I. Project Overview The consular building is located in the Hongqiao Development Zone in Shanghai. It has a building area of 24,000 square meters, covers an area of 1,005 square meters, and has a building height of 101.5 meters. It consists of 23 floors (28 layers including equipment layers); the basic depth is approximately - 6 meters, the use of prefabricated reinforced concrete into piles, length 45.6 meters, divided into two sections, the section size of the pile is 500 * 500 mm, concrete number 400, a total of 289 roots, the volume of the entire engineering concrete piles accounted for 5.6 of the soil %.
