在新课改的背景下,小学教育教学管理受到了人们的普遍重视,小学教育阶段,学校管理者开始改变小学教育的传统教学观念,不断提高小学教育的教学质量。在实际的小学教育教学管理中,管理者在开展教育教学管理的过程中,要充分尊重学生的课堂主体地位,实现“教学相长”的教学目的,促进学生与教师共同发展。将“学生的学”作为小学教育教学管理的中心任务,融合一定的小学素质教育内容,全面提高小学教育教学管理的质量和水平。本文主要针对小学教育教学管理中存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应的改进意见,实现有效的小学教育教学管理。
Under the background of the new curriculum reform, the teaching management of primary education has received universal attention. In primary education, school administrators began to change the traditional teaching concept of primary education and improve the quality of primary education. In the actual teaching management of primary education, managers should fully respect the students’ main body position in the process of education and teaching management, realize the teaching goal of “long-term education ” and promote the common development of students and teachers. The “student learning” as the primary task of teaching and management of primary education, quality education, a certain degree of integration of primary school to improve the quality and level of primary education and teaching management. This article mainly analyzes the existing problems in the teaching management of primary education, and puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement so as to realize effective teaching management of primary education.
