微生物絮凝剂具有安全高效的特点,具有巨大应用潜力。为开发更多微生物絮凝剂,本研究从活性污泥中分离纯化高效絮凝剂产生菌株,初步确定其活性成分分布,并探讨利用糖蜜废液对其廉价培养的可行性。研究结果表明, 16株能产生微生物絮凝剂的菌株中,呈革兰氏阴性的Y3和S1菌株的微生物絮凝特性最好,对高岭土悬浊液絮凝率分别达到98.9%和99.5%,其絮凝有效成分多为细胞外产物。稀释20倍,40倍和60倍的废糖蜜中菌株 Y3和S1均可生长,其中两种菌在稀释40倍的废糖蜜中生长量均最大,且在废糖蜜中均保持了絮凝特性,表明糖蜜废液可用于Y3和S1菌株的廉价培养。
Microbial flocculant is safe and efficient, with great potential for application.
