随着卫生监督体制改革的不断深化,卫生监督的深度与广度得到了进一步拓展,卫生监督的整体职能得到了明显加强。但同时,我们也应该看到,虽然县级以上卫生监督体制得到了理顺,职能得到了加强,但县级以下的乡镇特别是农村的卫生监督体制与职能,不仅没有多大改变,而且已出台的法律与政策文件也很少提及。因此,如何适应不断深化的卫生监督体制改革,加强和改善农村的卫生监督工作,已成为我们不可回避
With the continuous deepening of the reform of the health supervision system, the depth and breadth of health supervision have been further expanded, and the overall function of health supervision has been significantly strengthened. At the same time, we should also see that although the sanitation supervision system at or above the county level has been streamlined and functions have been strengthened, the sanitation monitoring system and functions of townships and townships, especially rural areas, below the county level have not changed much and have already been introduced. The legal and policy documents are also rarely mentioned. Therefore, how to adapt to the deepening reform of the health supervision system and strengthen and improve rural health supervision has become an unavoidable task for us.
