本刊讯10月10日,陕西省物价局在咸阳市召开了凤咸高速公路收取车辆通行费方案听证会。来自消费者、运输企业、政府有关部门及新闻媒体的代表共50余人参加了会议。凤咸高速公路项目由凤永(凤翔路口——永寿)、永咸(永寿——咸阳)两个项目组成,项目全程164.167KM,初步设计概算60.07亿元,利用贷款总额48.29亿元,2006年因永咸段由原设计的4车道变更为6车道,新增投资5.81亿元,全程总投资达65.88亿元,利用贷款总额54.1亿元,平均单公里造价达4013万元,单公里利用贷款额3295万元。
