本文以回收大气中油气为目标,进行超滤膜膜的制备和油气回收研究。使用溶胶-凝胶法在孔半径为35.5nm的ZrO2载体膜上制得了平均孔半径为1.70nm、孔隙率为17.1%的SiO2超滤复合膜。氮气吸附-脱附法结果表明,数据结果一致。研究了正己烷/氮气渗透通过超滤膜的传递特性,分离因子达到1.52,分离机理是表面扩散。
In this paper, the recovery of oil and gas in the atmosphere as the goal, the ultrafiltration membrane preparation and recovery of oil and gas research. The SiO2 ultrafiltration composite membrane with the average pore radius of 1.70nm and the porosity of 17.1% was prepared on the ZrO2 carrier membrane with the hole radius of 35.5nm by sol-gel method. Nitrogen adsorption - desorption results show that the data are consistent. The transfer characteristic of n-hexane / nitrogen permeation through ultrafiltration membrane was studied. The separation factor reached 1.52 and the separation mechanism was surface diffusion.
