此文对近几年低剂量辐射诱导适应性反应机制的研究文献进行了综述,从低剂量辐射诱导DNA损伤和修复酶类的激活、抗自由基和抗氧化、细胞信号传导、基因和蛋白质表达等方面分别进行总结和评述,揭示低剂量辐射诱导适应性反应机制的研究现状,为相关研究人员提供参考资料。
This review summarizes the literature on the adaptive response mechanisms induced by low dose radiation in recent years. It is reported that low dose radiation can induce DNA damage and repair enzyme activation, anti-free radical and antioxidant activity, cell signaling, gene and protein expression And other aspects were summarized and reviewed, revealing low-dose radiation-induced adaptive response mechanism of the research status, to provide relevant information for researchers.
