我国是发展中国家,无论从经济上还是社会管理上都处于发展中水平,根据现阶段我国经济和社会发展的特征、党中央在深刻总结我国现代化建设经验的基础上,作出了加强社会建设和管理,推进社会管理创新的重大决策,加强社会管理和管理创新是构建社会主义和谐社会的重大任务。总结现阶段我国社会管理的现状、提出管理中存在的问题,并提供相应的对策,积极构建社会管理创新模式是推动社会管理健康发展的必由之路。
